What is the Nutritional value of Sunflower Oil, you ask? Sunflower oil is mainly used both as a cooking oil and as an emulsifier in cosmetics. But what I have found is that most of my clients ask how to apply them. So here are some of my answers to their questions:

This acid acts as a lubricant, helping to prevent wrinkles by keeping water out of our cells. For this reason, some dermatologists recommend the topical use of sunflower oil, even for those without dry skin, as it helps to restore the natural levels of oleic acid content in the skin.
