Manuka Honey

Anti-Aging & Skin Care

Manuka Honey is an incredible superfood that is harvested from the Manuka bush in New Zealand. It has been used by the Maori people for generations to treat all kinds of conditions, including healing wounds, to aid digestion and to help fight fungal infections. Manuka Honey products are now available worldwide. I was curious to find out how to use Manuka Honey products to benefit my health.

My wife was the one who helped me learn about manuka honey. I had done some research on the internet and was impressed by the results I read. Manuka Honey is a monoclonal honeysuckle-like honey produced by the nectar of a species of the manuka tree, Leptospermum grandis. There’s no definitive evidence of dietary or medicinal value in the using manuka honey other than simply as a sweetening agent.

From my experience, manuka honey has a number of benefits. From what I can conclude, it has antioxidant, antibacterial, antifungal, astringent, antiseptic and antibacterial properties. These benefits come from what are known as the nine biologically active compounds (by bioactivity, I mean how they perform, rather than what they are made up of).

It is most commonly used in cosmetic products. It has been used in toothpaste for quite some time but I wasn’t sure if it had any effect on plaque, since toothpaste only acts when plaque is there. From my experience, Manuka Honey is applied to the teeth directly or used as a mouthwash.

Manuka Honey is a popular ingredient in eye gels, although it is also used in moisturisers, face washes and shaving creams. It’s application is easy: simply mix with warm water. It can be used by itself or mixed with other ingredients to give a range of skin benefits. For example, I’ve used Manuka Honey combined with CynergyTK and Vitamin E cream to improve elasticity in my skin (from my experience, this didn’t work too well but I haven’t used it since). I’d also like to mention that Manuka Honey is good for sensitive or broken skin as it can help to repair these types of skin.

A couple of months ago I tried using Manuka Honey on a rash that developed on my knees. It worked for me but according to some reports on the Internet it doesn’t really work that well on minor rashes and allergies. From my experience it can be used on minor problems without any unwanted side effects. It is my opinion that if you have allergies or a rash the best way to treat it is by applying a topical treatment, the reason being is that Manuka Honey is a natural product and doesn’t usually react negatively with most skin types. In fact, my skin has been very happy with the use of Manuka Honey and I’ve noticed no adverse reactions from it.

Manuka Honey is a wonderful antibacterial and antifungal substance which are active against a range of skin infections including: athlete’s foot, ringworm, candida, yeast, staph, herpes, warts, eczema, and even herpes! According to scientific research this type of honey is active against the bacteria that causes athlete’s foot. If you want to keep healthy skin then you should definitely take advantage of Manuka Honey products. You should also make sure that you keep your hands and nails clean and as much as possible, refrain from using contact sports if you suspect that you might suffer from an infection. Keep in mind that you should always wear gloves whenever you are working with any sort of skin product and you should never try to apply Manuka Honey directly to irritated or broken skin.

Manuka Honey is truly one of nature’s great miracles and its usage can help you achieve amazing results if you are willing to commit to the time it takes to use the right formulas. If you are allergic to Manuka Honey and you want to try a formula containing the honey then you should look for a formula that contains the highest amount of active Manuka Honey. The higher the active Manuka Honey content the better the results you will get.
