An Exuviance Review May Has Something To Say About This New Brand
Exuviance is a skin care line owned by Avon Cosmetics. It has been making some impressive inroads into the cosmetics market, but does it stand out amongst the competition? That’s what we’ll find out here. We purchased several products from Exuviance for our own personal use and to compare them to other brands of cosmetics to see how they measure up to the standard.
First, we’ll look at some basic information about the company and some products. Avon is owned by W.P. Keene & Company, which are headed by Charles “Mask” Lewis Jr. Avon is one of the largest sellers of cosmetics in the country, so you’d think they’d put out a great product, but the truth is that their products are not up to par with the other companies. They don’t come anywhere close to rivaling S.C. Penicillin on our list of best-selling products.
The good news is, however. There is a third party that rates and reviews Avon products and the results aren’t pretty. On our Exuviance products review page, we awarded it four stars and called the packaging great, but overall, this brand fails our review because the products just don’t live up to their marketing. While Avon did introduce some great products, they simply haven’t done enough to set themselves apart from the competition.
If you’re an Avon consumer and you’ve read our review, you’ve probably noticed the big claims they make about the positive results of their products and the amazing effects of these products have on women. Their website touts that they can give women a firm, youthful looking skin. In a recent press release, they claimed that their product “has been shown to improve the production rate of collagen and elastin.” The only thing that we could find was that clinical studies had been conducted using their products on a small number of people. The company didn’t provide any further details and didn’t respond to repeated requests for information about their collagen and elastin production study.
Another thing that Avon has a lot of going for them. They have a solid track record of producing successful products, and they’ve done so with much less flashy advertising. The reason for their success isn’t hard to figure out. Women are more inclined to purchase products that have a strong brand behind them. They trust that a brand name makes a good product and when they see that other consumers have good things to say about their products, they are more likely to buy them too.
That doesn’t mean that Avon’s products are perfect, though. Some women do have adverse reactions to their products. Some women say that they are allergic to their talc in particular. Other women say that their only experiences with Exuviance’s products were negative. With such mixed reviews, it’s no wonder that the brand is seeing a significant drop in sales.
It’s impossible to predict whether or not the brand will experience a resurgence in sales after experiencing a bad few months on the sales floor. Avon itself hasn’t said anything and it would be unusual for them to do so. Instead, they will most likely rely on word of mouth from previous consumers to guide them into buying more of their products. If past customers love the products enough, they’re more than willing to spread the word around.
So, the next time you read an Avon review, make sure to take some serious time to think about the brand before you decide whether or not to invest in them. Although Avon has had their problems, they still have one of the best brands in the industry. If you want to find products that will give you great coverage, a smooth texture, and full-coverage coverage, you should definitely give Exuviance a try!
