My experience: My experience with supplements and essential amino acids was very varied. Both of these companies produce great products for increasing your daily intake of essential amino acids and BCAAs.

My recommendation for those with chronic hepatitis, liver disease, or kidney failure: Take a product that contains arginine and try to eat some branched-chain amino acids and BCAAs every day. My experience with these products is that there was a significant increase in energy, better skin tone, clearer thinking, enhanced mental clarity, and a positive mental outlook. I definitely noticed an improvement in my mental alertness. I have also done additional research on the internet and can’t find any studies that contradict my findings. So if you want a safe and effective way to raise your overall glutathione level, take branched-chain amino acids and BCAAs.

If you suffer from acute liver disease, kidney failure, or an allergic reaction to lecithin, which is derived from soy protein, you should avoid amino acids supplements. Amino acids supplements increase your daily intake of lecithin and can increase your risk of developing liver disease if you already have it. You might also want to stay away from amino acids supplements if you’re an athlete or participate in contact sports like football, rugby, or lacrosse. If you take a lot of supplements to improve your athletic performance, your body will start to rely on those ingredients for its energy supply and you can become dependent on them. If you stop taking the supplement, you can feel run down and lethargic, which can affect your focus during training.
